I Got an iPhone!
Well, it took a lot of convincing for my wife to let me do it, but I finally got my iPhone. It's beautiful, sleek, and quite a status symbol. Mamie and I compromised and I didn't get the top of the line model. Shucks... it doesn't surf the net, play music, or even make a phone call. But gee, no one else knows that and it sure makes me look cool walking around with the hottest gadget since they came out with food!

Ah ha ha ha ha! John, this might be my favorite of all posts simply because I know how much you really want one. I love you for graciously accepting such a lesser alternative for now.
Good heavens, Mamie did you make that?! I mean, it's a beautiful specimen of needlework...but you're too crafty for your own good! ;-) Get out while you still can!

That's about the coolest thing I've ever seen. Maime, please tell me you DIDN'T make that so my own craftiness deficiencies don't make me cry. You are a good wife!
